Pros

Fellow employees, can pick up extra hours most times of the year, employee store benefits, can apply for higher paying positions in cs without regard to education level.

Cons

Low hourly pay in customer service, will send employees home early if daily business slows (lack of work), shift length have shortened over the years, benefits decreased, do not give employees company gifts as in past, except for 1 program most recognition programs diminished to nothing, used to give thank you gifts which they no longer do, profit sharing of past changed to bonus gift of an miniscule amount.
