Appears to be favoritism within the ranks - not a major issue, but truly noticeable. Conversely, some obvious under-performers seem to stick around, whereas some good workers get cut. Not saying that you're not rewarded or lauded for good performance, it's just that "the curve" is not there. You never really know where you stand.
