Do not care about employee rights - Customer Service Representative II L.L. Bean Employee Review

They lie and tell employees that their jobs are not affected if they have to leave in an emergency situation. The employee is thrown under the bus and told that they are not valuable enough to be treated fairly. I have worked for L.L. Bean for over 10 years and I'm done being treated like I don't matter.
