Pros

’ve been with the company for 8 years (left once and came back), which already says a lot. I’ve had incredible mentors throughout my journey — both women and men — who have supported my growth and believed in my potential. The company is proudly led by many inspiring women, but I’ve also had male leaders who championed me and opened doors for career mobility. Thanks to that, I’ve been able to work in different countries and even shift careers. What makes this place special is the culture: it’s warm, respectful, and grounded in trust. There’s a true sense that people care about each other — from senior leaders to colleagues across teams. The General Manager is humble, approachable, and genuinely puts people first, which sets the tone for the whole organization. Overall, this is a company where people matter. Everyone knows that our job at the office is to support the teams in the field, and that sense of purpose comes through in everything we do. It’s a place where you can grow, learn, and feel proud of the impact you make.

Cons

Historically, training programs were limited, but it’s clear that investment in leadership development is now a growing priority — not only for the office but also for the retail teams.

Pros

I currently work at L’Occitane USA and have had a positive experience overall. The brand has a strong identity and purpose, and that translates into a real sense of pride across teams. People genuinely care about the customer experience and about each other. The culture is collaborative, and I’ve found leadership to be accessible and open to feedback. There has been a clear effort to modernize systems, improve communication, and invest in employee development. Training and engagement initiatives have strengthened the sense of connection across teams. If you’re looking for a company with strong values, quality products, and a team-oriented environment, this is a great place to grow.

Cons

Like any growing company, there are ongoing opportunities to continue improving processes and systems.
