Pros

-great and easy seasonal job if you’re in the skincare/beauty, retail, customer service industry -great pay for the job being seasonal -40% off employee discount and other discounts during holidays -got along with all my co-workers -co workers willing to inform you about products -you can try any products on so you know what you’re selling -

Cons

-it’s hard to have a full time job if you’re not in a management role, most workers work 2-3 days a week as a part time job -Only location in the State so it makes it harder to have a set position

Pros

I currently work at L’Occitane USA and have had a positive experience overall. The brand has a strong identity and purpose, and that translates into a real sense of pride across teams. People genuinely care about the customer experience and about each other. The culture is collaborative, and I’ve found leadership to be accessible and open to feedback. There has been a clear effort to modernize systems, improve communication, and invest in employee development. If you’re looking for a company with strong values, quality products, and a team-oriented environment, this is a great place to grow.
