Pros

The benefits package is competitive and definitely one of the stronger points of the brand.

Cons

The company feels super political, and communication is a mess. Management comes off robotic, with zero focus on people. It’s like employees are treated as machines expected to deliver perfect results, but no one’s actually giving them support. On top of that, the processes are wasteful and confusing, and the directions we get are rarely clear. And to make it worse, it doesn’t feel like a safe space to speak up.

Pros

I currently work at L’Occitane USA and have had a positive experience overall. The brand has a strong identity and purpose, and that translates into a real sense of pride across teams. People genuinely care about the customer experience and about each other. The culture is collaborative, and I’ve found leadership to be accessible and open to feedback. There has been a clear effort to modernize systems, improve communication, and invest in employee development. Training and engagement initiatives have strengthened the sense of connection across teams. If you’re looking for a company with strong values, quality products, and a team-oriented environment, this is a great place to grow.

Cons

Like any growing company, there are ongoing opportunities to continue improving processes and systems.
