Pros

Great benefits, glamorous leadership, investment in AI and tech, available career pathing (if you live in the right location) and great access to trainings and development.

Cons

Culture has shifted and is ambiguous. There has been a very clear re-prioritization of NYC focused career pathing while if you live in another location, you are expected to re-locate (with little financial help or cost of living adjustments), or be stagnant in your career pathing. There used to be more distinct opportunities outside of Manhattan or New Jersey sites. It’s New York metro or no where which contradicts how the brands need to react because the United States is a huge country that needs various POVs. Internally, leaders are not as transparent about organizational aspirations. Additionally, a company that used to compensate well has halted on that trajectory and becoming less competitive.
