No concern for their workers during the Coronavirus - Anonymous employee L3Harris Employee Review

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. Without question the health and well-being of our employees is our top concern. We are incredibly grateful and proud of all our employees; particularly to those whose jobs requires them to be in the facility every day to ensure our customers fulfill their missions. L3Harris is part of the Defense Industrial Base and identified as an essential business, which means the work our employees perform is vital to meeting national security commitments. The operational leadership team has implemented a number of safety measures over the last month to keeping all our employees, including those continuing to work in our facilities, safe. L3Harris launched an internal COVID-19 resource site for employees and managers. This resource is the key repository for all company information, including guidelines for protecting our employees during the pandemic, L3Harris travel restrictions, visitor restrictions to our facilities, FAQs, and health and safety guidance from the Center for Disease Control and the World Health Organization. We continuously update these resources to ensure they remain relevant and current for the workforce. We will continue to evolve our response to COVID-19 as the dynamic and unprecedented nature of this pandemic develops and continue to protect our employee’s health and well-being in the workplace.
