Pros
Good People, Interesting work, Flexible work schedule as long as you are in the office.
Cons
Disconnected leadership, can not stop sending emails about how awesome our org realign is going. Sent zero emails about Omicron Variant COVID. Stuck working in a office with poor HVAC, it is either hot or cold, not comfortable. Old cheap chair to sit in. Not enough bathrooms. Bathroom in some buildings always smell due to the constant use. Limited ability to work from home, leadership loves everyone being in the office. Setting up benefits is a train wreck. All handled by third and fourth party companies. No body in HR touches benefits, so limited help. They negotiate salary like a company that wants you to be barely happy enough to sign the offer letter. Not like a company that wants to invest in you.
