Pros
You meet a lot of good people and the job is actually fun. At my club the employees are cool and managements is flexible with the schedule. I feel like my position is rather self managed because I never really get directed to do anything and I have a lot of autonomy on how i do my job.
Cons
LAF does not give raises, There is a lot of turnover. LAF does not promote from within in the operations dept, they always hire people that have no idea what the company is about. New hires are pretty much just thrown into the job and given a limited amount of training. ( I ended up training my boss... that makes no sense). The hours are constantly changing and unstable. LAF is the most unethical company I have ever worked for. They will add things to your membership that do not even exist, just to make more money.
