Is this your company?

Not recommended until after management actually faced the real issues. - Anonymous employee LANNER ELECTRONICS USA Employee Review

Pros

- Company business outlook is just fine. Products are fine. - "Few" good coworkers (emphasize on the few) - Learn how to work with Asia team/ time zone or good for people who want some travel for work. - You probably won't ever get fired. (cuz all the crappy co-workers of mine are still there, and the ones that actually did the job already quit the job.)

Cons

- You'll do better if you speak mandarin. But main reason for not recommending this company to new graduates is because you will probably learn more about the unfair office politics, flaky working style, and people pointing fingers, than your actual job. Not exactly sure that's good for anyone at any level of your career actually... - Zero "work"-life balance although they said they values it. (I speak perfect mandarin but still find it hard to fit it the company because I can't agree with the "all work, no play" logic, which is just so typical for Chinese companies. But if you're the person treat your work as your whole life, you may possibly be just fine.) - Barely any support from Asia team... which is a HUGE issue since almost everything relies on their overnight response. (But if you got lucky, you could get that one or two good contact window person, who actually works than just talks)
