I won't refer to my worst enemy - Anonymous employee LATICRETE Employee Review

Recent management is horrible. They are racist, incompetent manager. They are managers but do not have the performance or talent or managerial experience. Only bunch of people who can goes along with their managers. Can't say truth in this company....many reviews are fake too because internal people write to have better review. Hiring and firing is always going on. It was better 5 years back when owner, being a chemist. Now the management doesn't care good people. Retaliation is in every step. Discrimination by managers are the root cause. Now, the owner doesn't pay attention to lower level, so problem is keep rising.
