I worked as a freelance interpreter (Asian language) for 5-10 years with LATN. I work with a couple of other interpretation service agencies. LATN tends to offer more steady work. They gave better advance notice for assignments. It is a well run, well organized company with professional employees. Treat its freelancers fairly. They ensure the interpreters they assign are qualified.

Interpreters get paid at a lower hourly rate than other agencies but they seem to get large stable contracts with hospitals for example, so the volume for interpreters are better overall.

Great communication, The office always has your back. Straight forward billing and invoices. Really love it here. It is great for new interpreters

Really no growth. You are stuck where you are.
