favoritism, outdated union supplies, not transparent and dishonest management, they encourage dishonesty, no room for improvement unless you want to take the responsibilities without the title, or pay for an unreasonable amount of time, oh and you get $0.30 raise a year, they also dont respect your time ( they will call you off hours )
