My boss is unbearable. He makes working there absolutely treacherous. He talks in circles for hours without ever getting to the point. After leaving a two-hour meeting with him you often have no idea what his views are or what you're supposed to do. He is neither clear, concise or intellectual. The company likes to refer to itself as a family but people point fingers at each other at the first opportunity they get. They have zero respect for your personal time. You are expected to put the objectives of the company above the objectives of your family.
