      Pros

      At my specific location it was rather slow about 75% of the time. The manager recognized this and allowed employees who were students to study during downtime, so long as it did not interfere with out ability to provide the same level of customer service to everyone.

      Cons

      Since the specific location I worked at was so slow, I felt rather unprepared whenever I went to volunteer for special events.
