Pros

If you're looking to not be micromanaged, then you might have some luck.

Cons

If you're not a manager, you will be the least they worry about. Managers get to do and see all, and have the ability to work from home. They get the communications, the gear, the parties, the prizes, while everyone else who does the work for them gets nothing. And if you're lucky, they'll even misspell your name on an anniversary certificate. They'll take your work and use it as their own, if you let them as well. During covid, they rarely checked up on employees and didn't even have to be in the office. There's also no room for growth unless you want to be a manager.
