      Stable company. The dealership that I work for has several opportunities. You just have to go after it or it will be passed on to someone else who asks for it

      Pay plan had decreased over the years. Expectations have gone up while pay has gone down

      At first pay seems good , some flexibility

      Cons

      If you work hard , you get more work and no appreciation from boss. A lot of nepotism boss covers for incompetent lazy employees that steel from the company
