There are zero pros to working for LAcarGUY.

Cons

Changed pay plan to make it almost impossible to make money during a global pandemic and expect you to perform better and work twice as hard for half the money Management is lazy and does nothing to help you Finance Managers are a joke and cannot sell anything to save their own lives General Manager couldn't even lead a horse to water You are never appreciated for the work you do Pay is a joke. I now work at Starbucks down the street and make more money than I do selling cars

If you work hard , you get more work and no appreciation from boss. A lot of nepotism boss covers for incompetent lazy employees that steel from the company
