      It used to be a family-owne business

      Cons

      The company is going downhill. The employees are disappoited by the way things are turning out to be, and the management doesn't care what employees think or want. As a result, all the good employees have left or on their way out.

      At first pay seems good , some flexibility

      Cons

      If you work hard , you get more work and no appreciation from boss. A lot of nepotism boss covers for incompetent lazy employees that steel from the company
