Tons of sexual harassment, which they brush off as ''it's car sales it's a guy's world''. Everyone talks badly about everyone else and then acts nice to your face. It is a toxic work environment. There's intense favoritism and if you don't kiss up you won't get a spoon. Some people get two hour lunches while others don't get lunches at all. They got hit with a lawsuit over this but haven't changed their practices ha. Commissions is a joke. Expected to work long hours and give up any social or home life but hey b ro, it's all for the sale! Not that you'll see much of it unless you happen to catch a Sullivan walk in the showroom wearing $1000 shoes while you didn't take a lunch and have customers waiting for a single finance manager. They handled COVID horribly and that showed how awful this company is. HR works from home while other employees are expected to deal with customers 12 hours a day. They cut the pay of their employees when they needed it the most. Half of the staff don't wear masks properly, management included. You will be pressured and expected to come in on your off days. This company wants to make up for its stupid management ideas and lack of sales through overworking and abusing its employees. They let go of good competent employees in favor of lazy employees that add to the awful workplace environment.
