      Good work life balance if you set boundaries.

      Cons

      Do not promote from within. Do not offer raises after positive performance review. No added benefit perks that set them apart from other employers. Unorganized Human Resources Department. Key executive are also unorganized. Company culture is not established. Overall, an unorganized company to work for.

      At first pay seems good , some flexibility

      Cons

      If you work hard , you get more work and no appreciation from boss. A lot of nepotism boss covers for incompetent lazy employees that steel from the company
