Favoritism among management - Sales Representative LAcarGUY Employee Review

If you are not sleeping with management, or close with them you will struggle. Been doing this for 12 yrs and still can't get promoted, while I watch people who are "in" with management who have no sales skill, get spooned and trained for better paying positions who have been doing this for less than a year. Like come on, how are you going to take care of the person who has no skills other than, taking a car the wash a 10k a month position? Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere. I'm almost on my way out, as soon as I find a new job.
