      Nothing good happens when a manager shows family favoritism towards a sales Associate The non-favored employees begin to feel that their accomplishments are not recognized. They get discouraged at the lack of correlation between hard work and success.

      At first pay seems good , some flexibility

      Cons

      If you work hard , you get more work and no appreciation from boss. A lot of nepotism boss covers for incompetent lazy employees that steel from the company
