Pros
I've been working at LAcarGUY for over five years and I can say that it's a great place to work. The management team is supportive and is available to listen to any concerns or ideas that I have. They genuinely care. I really appreciate their increased focus on training. The company has been providing a variety of new training opportunities to learn and grow within the company and managers seem to be always encouraging us to participate. Also, the growth for the group over the years has been incredible. The company has opened several new locations since I started, and I've seen a lot of people promoted because of the training offered and growth of the company.
Cons
Experienced some disruptions and inconveniences with the construction, so I'm staying focused on the big picture since I know it is needed and will help in the future.
