Pay plan is very beneficial for the managers not the the salesperson. Management is horrible, it chaos. Spend a lot of time moving cars, unblocking cars, looking for keys just for one test drive until the customer leaves because nothing is organized. One of the manager harassed customers and no one told him anything. Underpaid.
