      Great working environment. They offer excellent benefits, very competitive pay and yearly bonuses. Everyone works well together and as a team. Friendly and family oriented environment. A place that I feel at home at.

      LBM Advantage provides a perfect work life balance. Coworkers are helpful, supportive and have a team-based outlook. Everyone is so approachable and focused on efficiency.

      Freedom to manage your clientele as you see fit, promotes thinking outside the box to grow business. Lots of support from your upper management .
