Great company culture. LCEC shows great concern for the community that they belong to. They are always striving to improve customer service and promote a team like atmosphere among the employees.

Cons

At this point there are no cons with LCEC that I can identify. LCEC is a great place to work, but does not have a high turnover, therefore, not a lot of job openings.
