Worst Place ever to work!!!!!! Don't do it - Child Care Worker LCFS Illinois Employee Review

I knew during the first week of training that this was not a good place to work. Training was not good at all in my opinion. Administration does not know how to run things at all. I worked on the worst unit ever!!!! Clients ran off the unit everyday and attacked Staff everyday to the point where we couldn't do the paperwork that needed to be done. The temps had more control over the unit than Staff did and were paid more. We didn't get a chance to go on outings due to Client behavior. It was just a very bad experience and I wouldn't recommend this place to no one. The pay is ridiculously low and I was definitely low balled seeing as though I have my Bachelors and 1 year worth of experience
