Awful Place to work - Occ LCFS Illinois Employee Review

The overnight staff especially the CC worker is very unprofessional, ghetto, no leadership or structure, a lot of favoritism. The minute you start working you will be thrown to the wolves. There is a big turnover, no training provided at all. Administrative staff don't care about the children nor do they take complaints serious. Staff are mentally and physically abusing the children. If you are looking for experience this is not the place for you. Please read the newspaper. I'm surprise this place is still open. Did I mention if the staff is intimated by you they will lie on you or put your job in jeopardy.
