Pros
Really, none. Unless you count the total lack of leadership and supervision which allows employees to do whatever they'd like.
Cons
Very low pay. No leadership or supervision. No training. Expectations are not made clear until they are not met. Huge caseloads. High expectations from state that are impossible to meet and never communicated to employees.
