Unorganized - Child Welfare Specialist LCFS Illinois Employee Review

This company, specifically the Chicago location, is unorganized. There is a high turn over rate for caseworkers and when’s caseworkers leaves the new caseworker has no idea how to continue the case. There is little to no guidance from leadership. They are rude and unprofessional. I never heard or seen a company quite like this one
