Corrupt Leadership - Foster Parent LCFS Illinois Employee Review

Staff are overworked and underpaid. They pay no attention to foster parents and offer no support. Most foster parents leave after their first case, not because of a child. Not because of the staff. Children are displaced by a ‘game’ of favorites and maybe donors (that part is unclear). They should not be trusted with our States children. Staff and all about us like we are trash offering nothing to help foster parents or biological parents succeed.
