You are given a large budget for materials and enrichment tools. unlimited classroom supplies. The entire school is tech base. All teachers get a macbook or a chromebook. All students get a chromebook. All classroom have a Mac Desktop and Smart boards
Cons
Insurance is a joke and not the greatest. Salary is one of the lowest in the state.
The company has several schools under its name and in different towns. They struggle to properly manage them all. The one I am at, in particular, is often forgotten about. This school is undergoing a transition, with Goodwin University trying to take over . This has created confusion in the administration of the school. GU has one vision of what the school should represent and LEARN has another vision. At times, this learning institution is run more like a corporate business than a school.
