benefits, free parking., close to shopping!

Cons

poor training, insubordination, employee favoritism, lack of employee dress code, (don't we all own an iron?) to many hands in the pot, lack of professional ethics when dealing with mangers, other employees looking through others work, desk etc when employee not present.
