Pros

The company has extremely challenging environment, flexibility and constant movement. Is a company for those who wants to learn fast, apply new tools and gain experience. It’s nothing like a “standard” law firm, but rather reminded me of a start up.

Cons

Lack of stability, structural and operational changes every quarter

Engaged in multiple projects and worked with multiple departments Handled some client work

Cons

Remote -- it's not really a con but would have been a different experience being in office with the attorneys at Lexidy and handling projects for them
