      Lack of an established career plan, high employee turnover and lack of salary increases or corrections in line with inflation.

      Engaged in multiple projects and worked with multiple departments Handled some client work

      Cons

      Remote -- it's not really a con but would have been a different experience being in office with the attorneys at Lexidy and handling projects for them
