usually I had understood that when a company is overtaken by another, things change for betterment, however this company sold twice and things got worst from worse... a company, where they announce a salary structure change to be communicated, however salary structure implemented by taking monthly bonus off and employees are not yet aware the scale of impact.... while company making millions, employees are disregarded like slaves... no one knows what is happening...town hall meetings are just a formality and breach of emp trust. what is the point of telling that on one hand company is doing great and earning millions and on other they are taking away bonus from Employees... oof... seems senior management is still sleeping and not seeking attention to the huge attrition rate since last more than couple of years? possibly waiting for bubble to burst....
