Pros
Just a handful of nice people in my team, people outside my team were pleasant and professional.
Cons
More unpleasant people in my department than pleasant ones. People are not very welcoming to new team members and induction was VERY poor. Too top heavy where management is concerned, there are not enough people doing the actual work. Lots of big egos in management (including people who talk a lot but don't do much), there's lots of finger pointing, it's not a nice atmosphere to work in. Management treat junior team members like dirt generally. Too much management taking credit for work that others have done without even giving credit where it's due. Salaries are a joke. The HR team has lots of in-fighting, back stabbing and are just not very professional. Work/life balance is very poor. It's a shame as the business itself does really good things!
