      None other than being paid on time

      The toxic backstabbing culture, very clicky groups and the most poisonous people seem to be the ones who have been with the company for years. If you lile to work in a place where you get made redundant on the spot then go for it

      Pros

      Average pay for the area. Very good health benefits (low premium) and okay work life balance. Coworkers fairly chill with the one or two toxic person. Opportunities to cross train and learn new skills if that is your desire.

      Cons

      Workload uneven between shifts depending on shifting prioritizations on batches. Dead end, no route for career advancement. Cross training is a stopgap measure to cover for department personnel shortages.
