Pros
Management appreciates and welcomes suggestions for process improvement. US customer support team is simply fantastic. Product line is good.
Cons
Hard to make commission money in sales. Low application support. Delayed training for new products. Very large territories to support. Unequal distribution of accounts. Too many hands doing the same job, often with lots of errors. Lack of communication and equality between international LGC sites.
