      Pros

      Easy to get in and some of the people are nice. Sometimes if you’re lucky you get leftover food from upper management meetings or a banana.

      Cons

      Salary is below market price and workers are not properly compensated leading to turnover rate faster than you can remember their names. Upper management rarely listens to advice from employees. New CEO every year so don’t expect for them to treat you like a humn

      Pros

      Average pay for the area. Very good health benefits (low premium) and okay work life balance. Coworkers fairly chill with the one or two toxic person. Opportunities to cross train and learn new skills if that is your desire.

      Cons

      Workload uneven between shifts depending on shifting prioritizations on batches. Dead end, no route for career advancement. Cross training is a stopgap measure to cover for department personnel shortages.
