- Ability to work at home full-time

Cons

- Lots of people have quit in lots of teams (helpdesk, devops, professional services), putting pressure on R&D to pick up the slack - Bureaucracy is preventing efficiency. Logibec has broken up multi-disciplinary teams that worked perfectly well (because R&D shouldn't interact with Product, for some reason), creating lots of discontent and additional hemorraging - Too many bosses
