Pros
Most companies would argue they have an established culture, system and process in place. However, the culture at LGI Homes is everywhere you look and is written out and trained on. In previous roles, expectations and consequences were nowhere to be found and I can say my work suffered because of it. I never knew where to turn next and never had someone telling me good job or terrible job - it was all neutral.
LGI goes above and beyond illustrating what culture means and should look like and I am proud to work for a company that is people focused and driven to not only set goals, but to achieve and surpass them.
