LGI Homes is your place if you are looking to grow, succeed and be appreciated. Your job and responsibilities are clearly given and communicated.LGI is a Systems based company, so no matter where you are at you know what needs to get done and are given the exact tools to succeed no matter what. The leadership I have had have alway been available and supportive. LGI is very goal oriented. Every month, you have one on one goals with your manager for not only business goals but personal as well. They truly want you to have success in all aspects. Being people focused is at the forefront of all these things. Employee stock purchase program, 401k and circle of excellence trip are just a few examples of opportunities we get as employees. The CEOs first statements on calls are always thanking the employees, you know you are truly at a people focused company. And, like our CEO states in our letter on day 1, “success is inevitable”.
Cons
One area of opportunity that I feel we could improve on is the health benefits package. It can get pretty expensive compared to other companies I have worked at.
