Supportive coworkers but low pay and high pressure - Business Manager LHC Group Employee Review

LHC group is a good company to work for. They offered training and support from management. I would say a solid company culture from my experience. I felt supported and checked on by my team.

Cons depend on the agency you work for. I had a good experience with my location and team.

Other than team that all left for the same reasons I did, there were no pros when LHC bought Brookdale.

Management and upper level management unscrupulous and not delivering fact-based information so they can get their bonuses in the C Suite. Unethical practices only maximized by LHC being purchased by United.
