      Pros

      Self Driven Pace, Supportive Leadership, PTO, Benefits, Incentive Pay, Great Team Members. I have searched the job market since 2010 for the right fit and have finally found my dream job with LHC Group. I hope to be here for a long time. I drive my own market and offer a product that truly helps people. I make my own work plans and schedule and can decisions based on my market and sales goals. My operations team is the best I have ever worked with. My cowokers want to be a part of an effective team that does good work every day. Cold not ask for a better team or a better job.

      Cons

      Sales Expectations are constant, so you must be able to handle this pressure in a positive way.

      Pros

      Autonomy, days go by quick, expectations are defined.

      Cons

      Unmanageable workload/cases. Expected to fulfill number of points per week. Charting beyond business hours every day. Start of care visits also included hands on care. One visit took 3 hours because of 8 wounds and that didn’t include documentation. Oasis is tedious and comprehensive. Territory was supposed to be 10 minutes from home; it was not. Sometimes 45 minutes between each case with 5-6 cases for the day. Totally unmanageable for a seasoned and organized nurse. I cannot imagine how it would be for a less experienced nurse. Overworked and overwhelmed my entire time. I learned a lot from training modules but then you’re out on your own to troubleshoot. Unless you’re willing to hustle every single day and are willing to chart during dinner time and then still take time to confirm next day’s appointments, stay away.
