Pros
I have more resources when I have questions. There is a department for everything, so there are people who work on specific areas all the time, so you have more accurate answers when you have questions. My health insurance is a little cheaper.
Cons
In my experience, my retirement benefit was not matched as it was with the smaller company I was with. My pay was cut by a significant amount when we were merged with another branch and I am still doing. No Christmas bonus. Sometimes I feel like a number, not a valued employee
