Pros
The people I work with are so welcoming and caring. They make you feel at home. The benefits are standard, for the most part. And the pay is great. I am happy working here. There are stock options to buy into the company as well as a 401K. They care about their patients and they care about the employees. The managers and supervisors are easy to talk to.
Cons
Poor training. Trying to get credentials to do your job is horrible. I didn't have any credentials or log ins for quite some time, and I still don't. The incoming faxing system is horrible, and not user friendly. The competency tests are too long and not all are easy to follow depending on the test. There are too many of them, and many do not apply to my position, but you still have to take them. They need to be tailored to your position. There needs to be floating holidays and it would be nice to have separate sick time from PTO. However, our state will have mandatory sick time by law, so it will even itself out.
