Pros

Work life balance. I was able to do my I train from home.

Cons

Orientation was lengthy 3 months and not always helpful. I had no one in person to ask for advice or direction. I had to figure out who to ask for help. Most of their advice was to look up how to do something in their itrain which that was even confusing. I was brought on to start up a Medicare branch by one boss. Got switched in the company to a new boss who put that idea out the window and got laid off after 3 months of trying to get orientated and hire a team. I felt it was the biggest waste of my 3 months. The culture at LHC is confused. They bring on other companies that have not been trained on the LHC way and signals get crossed and no one knows which way is up. There needs to be more insight and goals driven by corporate.

Pros

LHC group is a good company to work for. They offered training and support from management. I would say a solid company culture from my experience. I felt supported and checked on by my team.

Cons

Cons depend on the agency you work for. I had a good experience with my location and team.

Pros

Branch leadership excellent, Co-workers very helpful and knowledgeable.

Cons

Low pay, Senior Leadership not in touch with branch workings. Benefits not the best - minimum PTO/Sick days. Major pressure to add patients and not worried about lack of staffing.
